our mission

At Zade’s Christmas Drive, we honor our dear son, Zade, who passed away on November 3, 2021, due to a full-term stillbirth.

Despite our immense loss, we continue to make Zade the center of our world and keep his memory alive. In spreading the Christmas cheer, we aim to put a smile on kids' faces, give back to the community, and contribute to the greater good by supporting charitable causes.

At the same time, we also want to shine a light on the importance of promoting open conversations about pregnancy and infant loss and spreading awareness.

Through these efforts, we hope to honor Zade's memory, while also making a positive impact on the world.

We can hardly believe it’s our 4th year of giving! 🎄🎁 The past three Christmas drives have been nothing short of magical, helping us collect over 2,800 toys and bringing countless smiles to children’s faces. Giving back in this way has been a true comfort to us. Honoring Zade and feeling the continued support from all of you year after year means everything. This year, our baby girl Nora joined our family in January, and she’s inspired us to make it a BABY EDITION! We’ll be collecting baby essentials – diapers, wipes, formula, toys, books, clothes, and more. We will be putting together an Amazon Wishlist soon – stay tuned! 💫The Big Reveal💫 Inspired by the newest addition to our family, Zade’s little sister, our baby girl Nora, we’re thrilled to announce that this year’s 4th Annual Zade’s Christmas Drive will be a Baby Edition! This year, we’re focusing on everything baby—diapers, wipes, formula, toys, and essentials. We’re returning to our roots this year and keeping it intimate, just like we did in the first year. We'll hold a cozy drop-off day at our home on December 28th, creating a space that’s simple, warm, and full of love. Over the next weeks, we’ll share more about ways to donate, what items are needed most, and the charities we’ll be supporting this year. Your support over the past three years has been nothing short of magical, and we are deeply grateful for each of you. Zade’s Christmas Drive began as a way for us to give back and pour our grief and love into something meaningful. Last weekend, we had the privilege of attending the PILSC Healing Hearts Afternoon Tea Fundraiser, where we honored our beloved son, Zade. This gala is a charitable event hosted by PILSC (Pregnancy and Infant Loss Support Center), with all proceeds going towards providing vital support services for families who have faced the heartache of pregnancy and infant loss. Having been part of the loss community for nearly three years, we have actively utilized their donation-based services and have greatly benefited. 3rd Annual Zade’s Christmas Drive - A Short Film | Part 1-3 🎄🎁 This is a magical story honoring our dear son, Zade. We’d like to thank each of you for contributing to our toy drive. Your generosity allowed us to surpass all expectations, raising 1,452 toys this year – more than double last year. The incredible response from our community over the past three years has touched our hearts deeply. It means the world to us that you’ve, once again, made our Christmas dream come true, bringing joy to the faces of countless children this holiday season. To our dedicated volunteers, thank you for your commitment, and for bringing such positive energy that transformed this event into something truly magical. It was such a long day and each of you stood by our side throughout it all – from the bottom of our hearts, thank you. To Josh and Nate, at the @thebownesshall, thank you for generously donating the venue and refreshments. Your kindness, ease of collaboration and support has made a significant impact to our event.
